Courtney Glover
Courtney joined staff in 2024.
Courtney contributes to grant writing, event planning, and project coordination across various programs at NRHA, including the Health Equity Council, Rural Medical Education, Rural Health Fellows, and Rural Community Health Worker Training Network. She also provides support for the Border Health Initiative, Rural Indigenous People's Initiative, Rural Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder Initiative, and the Rural Obesity and Chronic Disease Initiative.
With previous clinical experience working on interventional cardiology clinical trials addressing structural heart concerns, as well as emergency medicine research, Courtney brings a dedication to improving health care access and outcomes to her work.
She earned her B.A. in political science with a concentration in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia.
