Daniel Hayes

Daniel is a first-year medical student at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in Lexington. Before starting medical school, he managed orthopedic clinical trials and worked with genomic data as a research coordinator in central Pennsylvania. He is passionate about research, policy writing, and advocating for the well-being of rural communities. He enjoys hiking, fly fishing, and traveling with his wife, Cameron, and their chocolate lab, Franklin.
