Piper joined NRHA staff in 2023.
As a program services manager, she assists the program services team and focuses her efforts on supporting the 44 State Rural Health Associations and the National Rural Oral Health Initiative.
Previously, Piper served as health equity intern at the PAN Foundation. She has also served as an intern at the Bipartisan Policy Center on the Health Coverage and Payment team, where she worked closely on the rural health team and the digital health team.
Piper earned a bachelor’s degree in public health and a master’s in public health with a concentration in health policy and management from the Milken Institute School of Public Health at George Washington University.
