Laura serves as the social drivers of health manager at the Michigan Center for Rural Health. She has a bachelor’s degree in applied science and a master’s in health care administration. Prior to joining the Michigan Center for Rural Health team, she practiced as a registered dental hygienist for more than 10 years. Laura is passionate about health equity and is an advocate for health and well-being, especially for those who reside in rural communities. She believes strongly in the power of prevention and ensuring people have the resources they need to thrive.
