Carrie Howard MA, CPHQ, CPPS

Carrie holds a Master of Arts in health and human services administration and has many years of experience supporting leadership and improvement in rural settings. As a program manager at Stratis Health, she leads rural improvement projects and the Partnership to Advance Tribal Health in Minnesota and across the nation. Carrie lives and works in rural northern Minnesota and has many years of experience supporting leadership development, organizational culture, and quality and safety improvement efforts in rural hospitals, clinics, long-term care, home care, and hospice services.
