Aaron Kramer BS, MS, FACHE

Aaron joined Adirondack Health in September 2015 and was appointed chief operating officer in 2019 and president/CEO in 2021. He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Susquehanna University and a master’s degree in information systems management from Marist College. Aaron is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and was recognized as one of the top community hospital CIOs to know for three consecutive years. He resides in Upstate New York with his wife and children.
