Final FQHC, RHC Rule Posted
Late yesterday the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services posted a final rule with comment period relating to payment updates for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and Rural Health Clinics (RHC) as mandated by the Affordable Care Act. The rule establishes the new prospective payment system for FQHCs and modifies contracting requirements and allowances for RHCs. The full rule is available here.
